Responsibilities * Engage in weekly lead generation activities. * Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their dream homes. * Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers. * Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. * Host two open houses each month. * Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. * Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines. * Take part in team events and activities according to team standards. * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls. * Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties. * Showcase your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.
