Full description of the position

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants - Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities - Process rental applications and conduct background checks - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections - Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including online listings and social media campaigns Skills: - Proficient in using OneSite or similar property management software - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell additional services or amenities - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing contracts - Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping and document management - Basic understanding of property maintenance and ability to coordinate repairs - Effective conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or complaints - Understanding of property management principles and practices - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes, including lease agreements and tenant screening Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
