Leasing Agent / Property Manager - Part-Time Local Bloomington apartment complex is offering Base Pay + $1000 Bonus for energetic applicants looking for a flexible work schedule in the Leasing Agent and Property Management positions. Opportunity to move up based on performance. Perfect opportunity for IU student work experience in the hospitality service industry or for a seasoned manager looking for additional work with a flexible schedule. Bonus incentive is available per lease signed. Responsibilities for this position may include the follow items: Responsibilities: * Generating/Managing online leads and converting leads to tours of the property. * Answering prospective residents' questions about pricing and amenities. * Lead follow-up for lease conversions * Provide feedback and ideas for effective on-campus advertising and other options to broaden the visibility of property. * Responding promptly to maintenance requests and other questions from residents. * Planning and implementing on-site resident social events. * General office duties to include lead generation, open mail, bills, etc and process. Benefits This position can provide up to 25 hrs /wk with a flexible schedule along with great pay and bonus incentives per lease executed. We are looking for the right candidates who will take a personal interest in our residents and make sure that the property and tenants are taken care of. Qualifications * Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality * Proven experience in property management and leasing * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law * Proficient in property management software such as Yardi and OneSite * Excellent negotiation and conflict management abilities * Administrative experience with data entry and filing systems If you have previous property management experience or are able to generate interest and leads for the successfull lease signing, we'd like to hear from you.
