Our Growth Club program is a key initiative designed to support franchise sales operations and drive continuous business development. * Position Overview: The Franchise Sales & Growth Club Manager is responsible for qualifying franchise leads and managing our Growth Club clients-ensuring that every potential opportunity is nurtured and every client receives exceptional support in their franchise sales operations. This role requires a strong understanding of franchising dynamics, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams to drive client success. Travel will be required at a similar rate (approximately 20-30% of your time) for attending franchise trade shows, conferences, and on-site client visits. * Key Responsibilities: * Lead Qualification & Sales: * Evaluate and qualify incoming franchise leads to determine potential fit and readiness. * Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel and convert them into active clients. * Growth Club Client Management: * Serve as the primary point of contact for Growth Club clients, providing ongoing support for their franchise sales operations. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that Growth Club services are effectively aligned with client needs and outcomes. * Client Relationship Building: * Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise prospects and clients through personalized engagement and strategic guidance. * Regularly assess client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service delivery. * Market & Industry Analysis: * Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape within the franchising sector to inform lead qualification and client strategies. * Prepare regular reports on lead conversion, client performance, and overall Growth Club effectiveness. * Travel & Engagement: * Participate in franchise trade shows, conferences, and on-site visits (approximately 20 30% travel) to build relationships and gather market intelligence. * Leverage face-to-face interactions to enhance lead qualification and strengthen client partnerships. * Compensation & Incentives: * Base Salary: * A competitive base salary typically in the range of $55,000-$75,000 annually (depending on experience ). * Commission & Incentives: * Performance based incentives tied to successful lead conversion and client outcomes, such as a commission structure or bonus for achieving defined Growth Club targets. * Additional bonuses for exceptional client retention and expansion success. * Total Target Compensation: * With strong performance, total annual compensation (base plus incentives) may range from $90,000-$130,000 or more, directly aligning your success with Hello Mainland's strategic goals. * Benefits: * 75% coverage of a high-quality national PPO insurance plan * 401(k) matching: 100% of the first 1%, plus 50% of the next 5% * Unlimited PTO after 90 days of employment * Qualifications: * Proven experience in lead qualification, sales, or client management-preferably within the franchising industry. * Demonstrated success in nurturing leads and converting prospects into active accounts. * In-depth understanding of franchising, franchise sales operations, and industry best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus. * Additional Skills & Attributes: * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for evaluating lead quality and client performance. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in client services. * Adaptable and willing to travel regularly (approximately 20-30%) to engage with clients and industry events. * What We Offer: * A collaborative work environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our Growth Club and overall business growth. * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. * A competitive, performance-driven compensation package that rewards both individual and team success. * Significant travel opportunities to build relationships and gain market insights within the franchising community.
