Description: Summary This position is an integral link between Clients, Carriers and the Agency, responsible for the day-to-day handling of a current book of business and associated renewals. Primary Job Responsibilities * Handles day-to-day client and carrier questions as well as other needs associated with a book of business in a timely manner * Quotes all renewals in a timely manner and is ultimately accountable for client renewal books * Prepares submissions * Manages binding requests and issues actual policies * Reviews and processes inspections * Maintains customer information within the Company's agency management systems * Other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of account management and commercial lines experience is preferred * High School Diploma is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred Competencies: * Oral and Written Communication Skills; Adherence to Process; Dependability; Job Knowledge; Organizational Skills; Detail Orientation,
