Cowgill Asset Management is seeking a strong, energetic Leasing Specialist to join our team. Cowgill Asset Management is a locally owned company with a strong history in Lexington. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, demonstrate strong leasing, sales, and marketing skills, possess remarkable telephone and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities: * Consistently greet all residents and future residents in a professional and positive manner * Conduct leasing tours to prospective residents * Follow up with prospective residents to ensure closing * Thorough knowledge of lease terms and paperwork, screening processes and policies regarding rentals * Prepare and complete lease forms and agreements, and collect deposits and fees as required * Accomplish and maintain a high leasing closing ratio * Walk vacant units at move out and before new move in * Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and issues * Comfortable answering the phone, responding to emails, using property software & Microsoft office suite * Available to work Saturdays between 4/1-10/1, with 1 day off during the week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
