Minimum Qualifications * Prior sales experience preferred * Ability to engage consumers proactively * Public speaking or presentation experience preferred * Passionate about community focused projects and products * Desire to proactively engage consumers about renewable energy * Honesty and reliability are a must * Can work independently and with a team * Personal vehicle for transportation preferred. Note: This is NOT door to door sales (D2D) or telephone sales (Cold Calling). This is a W2 employment opportunity with NRG Energy Inc/Green Mountain Energy. This is a part-time sales position paid on a wholly commission basis, pursuant to incentives and/or targets provided by the Team Leads and/or Area Managers. Certain non-sales time is compensated at the applicable minimum wage.
