Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Yacht Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of yachts, providing exceptional service to clients, and leveraging your sales expertise to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and a passion for the marine industry. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying and selling process. * Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers, analyzing trends to inform sales strategies. * Manage territory sales by identifying opportunities within assigned regions and effectively promoting available yachts. * Perform product demos for prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of various yacht models. * Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight available yachts. * Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends. * Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have. Skills * Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record in direct sales. * Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform decision-making processes. * Strong negotiation skills, capable of reaching mutually beneficial agreements. * Experience in sales management, overseeing sales processes from lead generation through closing. * Proficient in outside sales techniques, with the ability to engage clients effectively in various settings. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear interaction with clients and team members. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
