Job Description We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Outdoor Retail Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll help customers find the right gear, share your outdoor knowledge, and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and outdoor activities. * Provide expert knowledge on gear, apparel, and outdoor essentials. * Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. * Stay up to date with outdoor trends, product details, and industry news. * Support merchandising, inventory management, and product displays. * Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits. * Adhere to store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
