Head of Sales & Growth About Promofect Promofect is a fast-growing branded merchandise and apparel company based in Mahwah, NJ. We work with Fortune 500 companies, first responders, schools, and athletic teams nationwide, offering in-house decorated apparel, promotional products, and online merch stores. Our mission is to make custom merch easy, fast, and high-quality -- powered by a strong team and seamless customer experience. We're scaling quickly and looking for someone to lead that growth from the front. About the Role We're hiring a Head of Sales and Growth to take full ownership of the sales function -- strategy, structure, people, and performance. This is not just a selling role -- it's a leadership role for someone ready to shape and scale a high-performing sales team. You'll be responsible for recruiting and coaching reps, refining the sales process, managing pipeline and reporting through HubSpot, aligning with marketing, and implementing the systems and KPIs that drive consistent growth. You must be a strong individual contributor and a proven team builder. This is a visible, hands-on position with real impact. What You'll Do * Own and drive revenue generation across all key verticals * Lead and expand a growing sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management * Develop and implement KPIs, reporting systems, and structured sales processes * Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for visibility, automation, and accountability * Align with marketing on lead generation, messaging, and campaigns * Coach and train reps with regular feedback, playbooks, and tracking * Analyze pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion rates * Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new tech and tools to the table (AI, ChatGPT, automation, etc.) Who We're Looking For * 8 to 10+ years in B2B sales , with at least 3+ years leading a sales team * Proven track record of building teams, hitting revenue goals, and managing sales operations * Deep experience with HubSpot and sales enablement tools * Strong process builder who can set up SOPs, dashboards, and training systems * Up to date on sales tech, AI tools, and modern communication strategies * Excellent communicator and leader with a track record of mentoring others * Ideally with experience in branded merchandise, decorated apparel, or marketing services Why Join Promofect * Be the architect of a growing sales org at a high-momentum company * Competitive salary and uncapped bonus tied to performance * Entrepreneurial culture with strong values and national clients * Full ownership of systems, process, and people * Path to executive leadership as we continue to scale Job Details * Full-time, in-person only (Mahwah, NJ) * Monday to Friday * Some travel for trade shows and key accounts (up to 25%) Compensation * $80,000 to $120,000 base * Performance-based bonuses and commission * Clear opportunity for continued growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Mahwah, NJ 07430 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Mahwah, NJ 07430: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
