Full description of the position

Job Summary: This position serves as an inside sales and support administrator for ECA Medical Instruments. Candidate manages all backend customer requirements and support functions including inside sales, order processing and entry, inventory management, customer support, sales process and operations, and selected marketing support activities. Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve as the proactive inside sales administrative "go-to" contact with all new and existing customer pipeline opportunities. Has an attitude focused on customer satisfaction at a profit and meeting sales and business goals--agile, adaptive and executes. * Work in and help manage a creative, powerful and robust customer support inside sales organization. * Serve as a proactive inside sales administrator supporting the inside sales team. * Executes inside sales processes and programs that create measurable value against plans. * Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. * Ability to be agile, adaptive and execute tasks in a timely manner. * Work with sales team to manage new business pipeline. * Work within ERP system to enter sales orders. * Report on weekly and monthly production builds with focus on meeting shipping dates. * Manage quote logs, RMA log, LTA log and related activities. * Manages customer consignment programs and provides metrics to team daily/weekly. Request shipments as required to fulfill customer orders per agreement. * Manage all customer complaints/RMAs with partnership from the Quality Team. Manages customer complaints and follows internal processes to make sure they are addressed and closed in a complete and timely manner. Issues RMAs (when applicable), completes related documentation, posts credit memos (when applicable), and communicates complaint closure details back to customer in a reasonable time frame. * Process A/R invoices for all customer orders in ERP System, including consignment settlement reports, deposit invoices and credit memos. * Work with finance team on A/R; collections of past due invoices, over payments and price discrepancies. * Coordinate trade show registration, related reservations and all related show participation requirements. * Manage and support a wide range of pre and post sales activities and customer satisfaction programs. Qualifications : * High school diploma required * 2+ years of experience as an inside sales and/or marketing administrator * Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Other Skills/Abilities * Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency. * Good interpersonal skills, tactful, mature, and flexible. * Good written and verbal communication skills with internal and external personnel. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to a variety of varying weather conditions, trash, waste, chemicals and other materials. The noise level in the work environment and facility grounds can be loud. Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40lbs; pull/push up to 60 lbs, grasp small device/ products and identify very small variations in the product. Sight is required for observing work and production. May spend several hours using a computer to create reports, analyze data and respond to inquiries and issues. May be exposed to active machinery and moving equipment, dust. Manual dexterity required for operating computers. Travel between buildings is required.
