About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for selling and providing knowledgeable service to customers and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities Assist customers with product inquiries, including quotes and availability Efficiently process sales orders and transactions Communicate with departments to ensure orders are completed Provide assistance to sales team, contractors, and walk-in customers Skills we are looking for Customer service experience Desire to learn extensive product knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of building materials Basic computer skills Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan let US invest in YOU!
