Job Responsibilities: * Manage and sell vehicles from our CRM portfolio, ensuring prompt and professional communication with leads. * Follow up on company-generated internet leads to convert them into sales. * Engage with potential customers via email, chat, and phone, providing a high level of customer service. * Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. * Work closely with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales goals. * Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Qualifications: * Strong computer skills and typing efficiency. * Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or internet sales. * Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * A resilient and positive attitude, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment. * Must be available to work Saturdays and some Sundays.
