Duties * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize performance. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. * Oversee account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technical sales and negotiation. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives. * Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for upper management on performance outcomes. * Foster relationships with key clients through outside sales efforts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
