We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fire Protection Service Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our fire protection services division. This role is responsible for managing both inside and outside sales representatives, developing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of the fire protection industry, a track record of successful sales leadership, and a commitment to delivering consistent customer experiences. What you will do: * Lead and manage the fire protection service sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. * Develop and execute sales strategies focused on expanding new business and strengthening existing client relationships. * Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets to support organizational goals. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis. * Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers. * Provide technical support to the sales team regarding fire protection systems and services. * Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. * Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive. * Prepare and analyze sales reports and metrics to evaluate performance. * Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and success. What you bring: * Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fire protection or related industry. * Proven ability to lead a team and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with fire protection systems, codes, and regulations is preferred. * Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools. * Effective leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and results.
