ISI Elite Training is a boutique fitness brand that focuses on 50 minute, high intensity group workouts that help members burn up to 1,000 calories per workout through Athletic Based Training which involves workouts led by Nationally Certified Coaches! The Sales Leader position is the FIRST face any member or potential member sees and HAS to be able to perform with high energy during any shift! These individuals MUST have a passion for fitness and serving others! Sales experience is not required as we have a full virtual training pathway and real time training and a team of incredibly supportive individuals that WANT you to succeed! High energy and great social skills are a MUST! The person we are looking for is/has: - High energy! (obviously) - Great Organizational Skills! - Passion for fitness and seeing others succeed! - Impeccable social skills! - Money Driven! - Someone who strives for more! The duties of this position include: - Calling leads and setting sales appointments! - Guiding our members through their first ever ISI experience! - Selling memberships upon the arrival of leads! - Solving membership issues with members - Good with Social Media! - Ensuring the team is having fun and performing optimally! Pay starts at $12-$14 as well as monthly bonus opportunity!
