Full description of the position

Job Summary This role also provides commission and life insurance for the employee. Sales Director is responsible for increasing revenues and establishing/implementing sales strategies in accordance with Sales and Marketing Plan. Incorporate objectives; establishing, maintaining and increasing customer loyalty, meeting/exceeding quotas and providing timely follow-up documentation. Primary duties include identifying, researching and securing new business opportunities utilizing prospecting skills; coordinating effective communication with offices to assure accurate flow of information; and developing and implementing effective and successful sales presentations. Must have the ability to develop, implement and discuss strategic concepts and present CareMinders Home Care's unique capabilities; and develop and present strategic solutions to decision-makers. EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business administration, health care administration, nursing, related field, or a combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE ~ Minimum of one year but prefer three (3) years sales experience in the homecare industry, preferably in senior healthcare, and a proven record of success in building customer relationships. ~ Knowledgeable in regulations of Medicare, Medicaid and Waiver programs for all services available in the homecare industry. ~ Strong presentation and communication skills both; verbal and written. ~ Strong analytical, problem-resolution, decision-making skills coupled with results orientation. ~ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. ~ Ability to work with all levels of management. ~ Ability to accurately manage a large volume of information to meet deadlines. ~ Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Builds strong relationships with referral sources in community based on trust and knowledge. ~ Meets or exceeds referral targets (monthly goals) within assigned market. ~ Spearheads the effort to get CareMinders Home Care name into the community and is regarded as the best in the business. ~ Creates sales strategy around value proposition for referral sources. ~ Manages advertising campaigns to support business objectives. ~ Educates the community, clients and families on services available. ~ Must maintain focused follow-up and consistency in meeting with referral sources. ~ Ability to manage and coordinate a client's needs using a case management approach. ~ Coordinates and develops relationships with caregivers for a total sales approach. ~ Must document referral source information in compliance with Franchisor rules. ~ Provides client care and services as needed and when qualified. ~ Serves on-call as needed to ensure coverage 24/7. ~ Works cooperatively with other CareMinders Home Care franchise offices. ~ Any other duties as may be assigned. COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs job duties in compliance with Federal, State and local Rules and Regulations and Company and Franchisor standards, policies and procedures. * Maintains confidentiality of client information in compliance with State and Federal law including HIPAA. * Adheres to and demonstrates CareMinders Home Care culture and core values as defined in the Code of Conduct. * Must demonstrate a stable, drug free background with no criminal record. * Must have a safe driving record as evidence by a DMV. * Protects the confidential nature of brand specific information.
