Qualifications of Sales Representative: * 1+ years of Inside or Outside Sales experience required * Knowledge of Tools/Hardware/Machining required Sales Representative Benefits: * $40,000.00 - $75,000+ per year + sales incentives * Health Insurance * PTO * 401k * & More Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Selling hand tools and machining products to customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors * Responsibilities may include visiting shops, conducting product demos * Managing client accounts, and providing technical consultation to support sales growth * Make new connections with local companies for business referrals * Continually builds product knowledge and refines sales techniques for specific relationship types and verticals * Set goals to drive sales and performance of the team * Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions * Maintain performance based on goals and objectives * Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure * Communicates effectively and professionally with team members and other managers, relaying all information affecting sales, market trends, and conditions, market segment performance and competitive situations. * Prepares occasional reports, verbal or written, to support this communication.
