Job Description Engel Realty Company is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Milton, FL. This position is responsible for leasing new and existing apartments to prospective residents. Essential Job Functions: * Leads and manages leasing process from start to finish, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, working with residents, and assisting with any issues that arise. * Creates and maintains a database of all prospective tenants. * Works with residents to gather information about their living conditions and preferences, including any concerns or requests that may affect the lease agreement. * Reviews all lease agreements in an unbiased manner before signing them. * Assists in the preparation of all lease renewals and extensions. * Provides excellent customer service to all constituents, including residents, vendors, and company employees. * Performs other duties as assigned.
