What You'll Do: * Make 75+ outbound calls/day to identify and connect with potential customers. * Drive the full sales cycle --from lead generation and qualification to closing deals. * Build relationships with decision-makers and negotiate contracts that create win-win outcomes. * Use your planning and prioritization skills to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. * Keep detailed records of your progress in Salesforce to accurately forecast your success. Your First 6 Months: * Day 30: Performance review with clear feedback. * Ongoing: Hit 75% of your metrics consistently.
