SALES DRIVEN RETAIL SALES AGENT PART TIME. 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK, WEEKENDS REQUIRED. COULD TURN INTO FULL TIME. CHANCE FOR ADVANCEMENT AND LEADERSHIP. WORK WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY OFF TUES/WED WEEKEND AVAILABILITY A MUST. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T WORK BOTH WEEKEND DAYS, SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS. Full-Time THURSDAY-MONDAY WITH TUES/WED OFF. Part Time- hours to be determined. Responsibilities: * Greeting guests upon arriving in our retail showroom and learning their motivation for their visit, without being pushy. * Getting to know them and developing long-term relationships * Presenting and discussing various home furnishing product options based upon your discovery of the prospective clients' lifestyle, needs and goals - being able to tell the story behind many of the items we sell * Assisting customers in purchasing, arranging delivery and their ultimate satisfaction * Learning about our ever-changing range of products, sales techniques, and promotions * Assist with merchandising and stocking the showroom. THIS IS A 10,000SF SHOWROOM. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH WALKING 7,000-10,000 STEPS DAILY. START IMMEDIATELY Skills and Qualifications: * Must be able to work full time * Positive attitude * Work independently as well as part of a team * Basic computer skills, Excel, Word QBPOS experience helpful * Social media savvy * Strong follow up and follow through * Good communication skills and a people person * Willingness to learn, coachable * Listen and assess customer needs * Dependability & integrity a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00+ per hour Advancement Opportunities: * Earned raises and advancement available.
