About the Role: As an Outside Sales Representative , you'll be the face of That 1 Painter in the Cleveland area. You'll meet with residential and commercial prospects, provide estimates, close deals, and build long-lasting client relationships. You'll also represent the brand at local events and with key community partners. This role is all about driving revenue, exceeding customer expectations, and becoming a trusted expert in your territory. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial painting projects. * Deliver accurate and timely estimates using our sales tools and training. * Close sales by building trust, understanding client needs, and clearly communicating the value of our services. * Represent That 1 Painter at home shows, networking events, and trade expos. * Build relationships with local realtors, property managers, and business owners to generate leads and referrals. * Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction. * Upsell additional services to maximize value for clients. What We 're Looking For: * Proven outside sales experience (3+ years in B2B and B2C environments preferred). * Strong self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule. * Excellent communication and people skills. * Experience generating your own leads through networking and partnerships. * A polished, professional, and friendly demeanor. * A clean driving record and the ability to travel locally on a daily basis. * Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
