Job Description Our Customer Service Representatives work directly with every client of our the agency. They will ensure that our clients are well-informed about our products, made aware of the referral process, and given a smooth onboarding experience. They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.
