Job description Outdoor sales agent Work schedule: * 1:00PM - 8:00 PM (M-F 7pm) 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM(Sat) Our Outbound sales agent contact potential and current clients to discuss lawn care services in an small office environment of less than 10 people. The main focus of the contact is to educate the client so they can make an informed decision on what services they would like to purchase. * Duties and Responsibilities: Weed Man Team Members are proactive, solutions oriented, accountable, and committed to continuous growth. We strive to: * Engage clients and set proper expectations with clear and precise information * Manage a steady flow of outbound & inbound calls, text messages, and emails * Keep detailed records of client interactions and processes within client accounts * Build sustainable relationships & trust with clients through open and interactive communication * Close sells on a daily basis - meeting personal & team goals as outlined by the Sales Manager * Work according to policies, procedures, & guidelines * Learn and maintain extensive knowledge regarding turfgrass conditions and services provided in order to make educated recommendations for our Clients Understanding of Windows and Android based software a must. * Qualifications: * At least 21 years old * Have a high school diploma * A minimum of 12 months of sales experience * Previous experience outbound call environment a plus * Previous experience in face-to-face customer service or sales is a plus * Earn and maintain a Cat 3 State of Tennessee certification * Ability to pass a Drug Test * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills * Able to work under minimum supervision Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period will apply Paid Training: * Yes Management: * Sales Manager Work Remotely * No
