Yutka Fence is seeking an Outside Sales professional to join our growing team. This role is far more than traditional sales--it combines consultative selling, precision measurements, and expert design solutions to help homeowners and businesses bring their fencing visions to life. What You'll Do: * Hunt & Close Deals: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities, respond rapidly to inquiries, and follow up strategically to convert leads. * Be a Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and design tailored fencing solutions that align with local codes and regulations. * Master the Details: Utilize precise measurement techniques to assess project requirements and ensure seamless installations. * Stay Organized & Accurate: Prepare detailed estimates and design plans, ensuring clarity for both customers and installation crews. * Drive Customer Satisfaction: Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales and installation process to guarantee a 5-star customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Follow up on all scheduled appointments in our CRM system and call customers before arrival. Conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, design and suggest project options, and deliver on-the-spot estimates through sales presentations. Upload all initial fence layout drawings into our CRM System for every estimate. Follow up strategically on all estimates using guidelines and value-driven approaches Close high-value sales by identifying objections and providing tailored solutions. Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling Become an expert on all fence types, installation processes, competition, and related products and expertise Yutka Fence offers. Guide customers toward the best solutions based on their needs, budget, and preferences. Strategic Sales & Business Growth Work with management to develop and refine sales strategies that drive company growth. Provide feedback on pricing strategies and product offerings to optimize profitability. Project Coordination & Customer Satisfaction Encourage satisfied customers to leave five-star Google/Facebook reviews after project completion. Prospecting & Lead Generation Proactively generate leads to meet sales goals and exceed expectations. This is crucial during slower seasons in order to help drive additional leads throughout the year. Work Schedule- (Minimum 40 hours/week but increased hours during Peak Season) Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (appointments scheduled based on customer availability and time of year) Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (as needed during peak season) Sundays: Occasional, Peak season (Spring-Summer): Expect an intensive schedule, with up to 6 days per week. Slower seasons (Fall-Winter): 5 days per week, mix of field and office-based work (estimates, prospecting, follow ups, and strategic planning). Evening appointments required when daylight allows.
