Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Personal Lines Specialist to join our team. The Personal Lines Specialist will be responsible for managing personal lines insurance accounts, providing superior customer service, and ensuring that all policies meet client needs and regulatory requirements. The specialist will offer expert advice on insurance options, help clients select appropriate coverage, assist in claims processing, and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Duties and Responsibilities: * Assess clients personal insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options for home, auto, renters, and other personal insurance lines. * Provide quotes and help clients choose the most cost-effective policies that meet their individual or family requirements. * Process and manage new business applications, renewals, and endorsements for personal lines policies. * Maintain accurate client records in the insurance management system. * Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner. * Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, conducting regular policy reviews, and ensuring their needs are met. * Stay current on insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to personal lines coverage. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer service and policy management.
