As a key member of our sales team, you'll be the go-to expert for clients seeking commercial roofing services. From prospecting and relationship- building to preparing bids and closing deals, you'll be involved in every stage of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction or roofing knowledge and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, contractors, and developers. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. * Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments in coordination with the estimating team. * Prepare proposals and present solutions that align with client needs and budget. * Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on pipeline and sales activity. * Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure successful job execution and client satisfaction. * Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and local market conditions. What We 're Looking For * 2+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial roofing, construction, or related industry preferred). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to read blueprints and technical documents is a plus. * Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Comfortable working on job sites and in office settings. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
