As a Community Manager at The Fredrick, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow your career. About the Role Join Our Team as a Community Manager at The Fredrick! Job Summary Under the direction of the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of community operations, including administration, maintenance, and personnel management. Your goal is to achieve the company's fiscal objectives while ensuring the property is maintained in excellent condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Operate the property in compliance with company guidelines to achieve financial and occupancy targets. * Utilize effective leasing techniques to maximize occupancy. * Ensure adherence to company policies while supervising personnel and operations. * Interview, hire, and train team members while managing performance and addressing personnel issues efficiently. * Inspect property and supervise maintenance to uphold service quality and curb appeal. * Ensure timely and accurate rental agreements and manage billing processes. * Maintain promotional efforts to attract tenants and stay abreast of market trends. * Monitor operational metrics, including turnover and income levels, to optimize resources and reduce expenses. * Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols. * Supervise outside contracts and ensure project scopes are met. * Build positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and enhancing their satisfaction. * Complete administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner. * Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and solve problems proactively.
