About the Job: Niemanns is currently looking for strong sales representatives who can also assist with some warehouse operations duties in our Marion, IL location. If you have experience in sales and can assist customers with design, then you have the ability to be successful at Niemann's! Experience is a plus but is not necessary. We are happy to train on the job, but a professional and willing to learn attitude is required. Huge earning potential - no salary cap, profit sharing on sales and group retirement with match offered. Your earning is based on your effort! This position starts with a guaranteed base salary plus commission. Job Requirements: * Excellent customer service skills. * High level of motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit. * Strong negotiating skills, verbal and written communication skills. * A personable and professional demeanor. * An outgoing and entrepreneurial personality. * Ability to utilize a tablet-like PC as a sales and measuring tool. * Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications * Ability to multi-task. * Excellent organizational skills * An enthusiastic and friendly attitude. * Ability to learn to drive a fork lift * Ability to assist with operations in warehouse such as product unloading, loading and deliveries * Must be able to grow sales and network to gain sales. * Reliable transportation is required.
