Responsibilities (not limited to) * Provides an excellent selling experience for customer in-store visits and phone calls; * Provides information to customer on stock availability, pricing, shipping and etc.; * Taking and filling orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner for walk-ins and inside sales; * Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit emergency orders, if necessary; * Maintain store product inventory levels and pick and consolidate orders; * Pull stock to fulfill and consolidate orders, perform other warehouse duties when required. Requirements: * 2+ years of counter experience in HVAC supply industry is preferred; * Local market knowledge is a plus; * Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously; * Great customer service and communication skills; * Good computer skills.
