Each shift will consist of greeting members, facilitating membership sign-ups, giving air-high fives, smiling, laughing, answering phones, providing the best hospitality experience possible for our members, and building meaningful relationships. For maximum success, you should: * Build positive relationships with members and prospective members by striving to determine their fitness needs. * Educate members & prospective members on how DAC Fitness can help them achieve healthier lifestyle. * Provide excellent customer service to new and existing members. * Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals. * The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone. * Be able to Smile. * Know how to use a computer. * Be a multi-tasker, a self starter, and a social enthusiast. * Have great communication skills. * Be health and fitness minded. * A team player. * Weekend availability.
