Who we want become part of our Team- We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and promoting products effectively. Responsibilities- * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. * Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. * Answer customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies with professionalism. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide exceptional service. * Ensuring booth cleanliness, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. * Ability to setup the tent and handle weights of about 20 pounds for the setup * Participating in on-site training to become proficient in booth operations. * Demonstrating a strong passion for our jewelry and the environment. QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous retail or sales experience is desirable. * Exceptional communication and customer service skills are necessary. * Ability to work independently and self-manage. * Reliability and dedication to our jewelry and environmental mission. * Comfortable with credit card transactions on our POS system. LOCATION AND TIME: Greenway Location: Near Faneuil Hall, Boston Hours: Saturdays, 9:30AM-5:30PM Dates: May 17th , May 24th , May 31st , June 7th , June 14th Potential for more dates August - October.
