We are currently seeking individuals that are friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and are excited about creating a better motorcycle buying experience. We offer a casual and creative work environment with extensive training and development, a 5 day work week (closed on Sunday and Monday) along with an excellent benefits package that includes paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, 401K, vision, dental, life and disability plans for our full time employees. Previous sales experience is preferred. We insist on a strong work ethic, a love of motorcycles and being able to provide exceptional customer service. Motorcycle Endorsement is REQUIRED! Must be over 21 for this position. Responsibilities - Utilize dealership experience and retail sales skills to assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and follow up with potential customers. - Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey product information and benefits to customers. - Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives and achieve sales targets. - Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers and colleagues. - You must be physically able to push/move motorcycles on a daily basis.
