Roof Inspector We are actively looking for Roof Inspectors to join our team! Uncapped commission structure with current Inspectors earning between $150,000 and $250,000+ Job description As a Roof Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by effectively providing roofing solutions to homeowners. You will be in customers' homes every day and will be responsible for understanding their needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and guiding them through the consultation process to ensure a seamless and delightful experience. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! You must have a high sense of urgency to give homeowners a positive experience while achieving sales targets. You will have an unwavering commitment to do what is right for the homeowner. A company car is provided. Key responsibilities * Perform multiple in-home roofing inspections and consultations every day * Listen attentively to customers' requirements, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized solutions * Provide superior service to delight the customer and exceed their expectations * Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals Qualifications * In-home sales/home improvement sales strongly preferred, though not required (roofing experience not required) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients * A keen sense of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation and empathy * Outgoing personality with a professional disposition * Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team * Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. * Following established sales processes through to completion * Must be comfortable walking on roof and getting in attics * Must be comfortable carrying & climbing ladders * Must be comfortable in customer homes * Clean driving record, required * Background check, required * Technical knowledge of roofing is not necessary Schedule: * Flexible weekly schedule What We Provide * Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning $150,000-$250,000+ * No cold calling.
