What You'll Do as a Wireless Sales Associate * Engage directly with customers, collect their information, and qualify them for services that meet their needs. * Accurately explain available wireless services, answer customer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. * Input and update customer account information with accuracy. * Address customer concerns with professionalism and provide satisfactory resolutions. * Attend daily team meetings to sharpen sales and customer service skills.
