The goal of the LPG is to recognize our stores who maximize their potential while embodying our core values: Earn Customers for Life, Take Personal Ownership, Improve Constantly, & Have Fun Our Ideal Candidate: - Reliable- shows up ready to work * Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a dealership - Outgoing personality- ability to guide customers with their needs * Knowledgeable on products, features and industry Responsibilities: * Great customers in prompt, friendly and professional manner. * Provide professional product presentations to all customers. * Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives. * Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM. * Schedule customer appointments daily * Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions.
