Represent and sell the VIP Services program with outreach to distinct market segments with the goal of delivering exceptional service to guests through unforgettable experiences at a restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination. Collaborate with venue leadership and provide operational support, ensuring a high level of service and revenue generation. Reports to VIP Guest Development Manager. * Grow the VIP Services program by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to VIP guests, influencers, casino hosts, hotel concierges, group sales departments, and industry contacts. * Engage in networking activities and build relationships to generate new business leads in the local population through gyms, salons, business parks, and other restaurants and bars. * Provide information about the venue's offerings, including VIP services, bottle service, and special events. Promote and upsell VIP services, packages, and promotions to maximize VIP table sales and profitability. * Proactively communicate with VIP guests through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and personalized invitations to special events. Maintain client information in the reservation management system while facilitating requests promptly and without error. * Coordinate VIP services for guests and clients, creating personalized experiences. * Identify opportunities to sell, cross-sell, and upsell products and services that enhance the guest experience to meet personal sales targets. * Maintain in-venue presence to greet and host VIP guests to enhance experience. * Work as a team to create the best experience for our guests. Communicate and collaborate with venue operations to flawlessly execute guest experiences. Attend weekly meetings with operations management to review upcoming events for the week and attend staff pre-shift before events. * Track sales and analyze data to identify opportunities to increase revenue. Provide weekly reporting of sales and reservation metrics and other ad-hoc reporting as needed. * Must maintain and update files; effectively communicate account details quickly and smoothly when inquiries are made. * Be receptive to ideas, training, and feedback from the leadership and training team to improve sales and service continually. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Experience * 1+ years sales or VIP services experience preferred * Experience in social media marketing preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Solid planning and organization skills * Must be a self-starter and self-motivated * Passion for the hospitality and entertainment business * Capable of creating fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment Licenses / Certifications * State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire * State Food Handler Safety Card required upon hire * Non-Gaming Work Permit Card required upon hire * Must complete Crowd Management training upon hire * Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required
