Job Summary Bonacio Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Leasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset to effectively manage property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Duties * Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing available units and conducting property tours. * Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and renewals using OneSite software. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. * Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up with vendors and contractors. * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records. * Assist in the preparation of reports related to property performance and occupancy rates. * Collaborate with the sales team to promote available properties and enhance leasing strategies. Experience * Proven experience in property management is required. * Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications. * Familiarity with property management software is a plus. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and vendors. * Experience in conflict management and problem-solving within a customer service context. * Knowledge of property maintenance processes is beneficial but not required.
