We provide our clients with valuable knowledge to make it a seamless end-to-end experience. This industry has proved time and time again to be recession proof (yes, even COVID-19). That's right! Storms are unpredictable and happen every single year. Statistics show that storms are getting more intense, which means more people need our help! Residential and Commercial properties are subject to hundreds-of-thousands of claims each year. There is massive upside to how we help our clients get Roof, Siding, Windows, Gutters, etc. approved by insurance with them only needing to pay their deductible for all work to be completed. Here are some of the job requirements for our open position as a Sales Associate: * Meet clients and complete full property inspection. Ground level + Roof. * Provide property inspection summary report. * Advise clients on the insurance claim filing process if there is enough damage. * Have clients physically/electronically sign our Work Authorization Agreement. * Generate your own leads by door-to-door, network marketing, digital media campaigns, etc. * Willing to climb a ladder and walk on the roof. Steep roofs there are alternatives... * Ability to learn new technology and utilize surround applications within Hail Pro. * Be present at company sales meetings.
