Here is what you will be doing: * Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars * Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions * Present customer deal structure and additional finance products * Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction * Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc. * Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. * Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle. * Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email. Here is what you will need: * Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred * Strong communications skills. * Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude. * Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. * Valid driver's license
