As a full-service EPC company , we handle everything in-house--from consultation to installation--completing most projects within two weeks. We move fast, deliver quality, and are looking for driven sales professionals to grow with us. Job Summary: As a full-time Sales Representative, your role will involve assisting families in saving money and safeguarding against blackouts by guiding them through the transition to clean energy and backup batteries. We are specifically looking for individuals who will eventually oversee state wide expansion, and help us become the number one solar provider in CA. Are you ready to lead the Renewable Energy Revolution? WHAT YOU'LL DO : Run appointments - Drive to multiple company-provided appointments daily (six days a week) and conduct in-home consultations. Sell premium solar + battery solutions - Help families save money with top-tier products like Tesla Powerwalls, QHome, Franklin, and Enphase batteries. Leverage in-house resources - Work with our design team to request proposals and perform financial analysis to maximize customer savings. Generate referrals effortlessly - Visit your customers' installations and sign up their neighbors for solar and battery systems. Ensure a smooth installation process - Conduct site surveys by capturing necessary photos to submit clean deals (installed within 14 days in SolarApp+ cities). Stay organized & track performance - Accurately log customer interactions and outcomes using our CRM system. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED : Sales experience is a must - Prior sales knowledge is essential for success. HIS License (or ability to obtain one) - A Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license is required. Flexibility & commitment - Willing to work six days a week , driving to appointments from early morning to late evening. Reliable transportation - You'll be driving to company-provided appointments and must always be on time. Resilient & Persistent - Ability to stay motivated and focused even when faced with no-shows or cancellations , turning challenges into opportunities. WHAT YOU 'LL GET: Uncapped Commissions - Earn without limits based on performance. Fast Installs = Fast Commissions - Submit a clean deal , and your install happens within two weeks (where SolarApp+ is supported). Frequent Payouts - Commissions are paid twice a month to keep your cash flow strong. Milestone Bonuses: * $500 Milestone 1 - Paid on your next paycheck after closing a deal. * Remaining balance (Milestone 2) - Paid at installation. * Self-generated leads? Double commission!
