Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the shopping experience. * Train and mentor staff on best practices in retail sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge. * Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers and promote sales. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. * Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. * Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
