Sales Executive Job Description A California-based Lifestyle & Event Rental company is seeking a dedicated and dynamic new team member to grow sales in our new Beverly Hills Showroom. As part of our sales team, the Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and reaching sales goals in their assigned region. The Sales Executive is expected to deliver high level client experiences through a mastery of product knowledge and attention to detail. This role is responsible for the discovery and onboarding of new clients as well as fostering growth with current clients. This role is key in creating a luxury client experience from initial reach-out through event completion. This position reports to the Sales Director. Sample of Job Duties: * Meeting or exceeding sales goals * Achieving client + potential client meeting quotas * New client discovery and onboarding * Lead Generation * Increasing sales with current clients * Weekly and quarterly activity reports * Input and manage rental orders from start to finish * Sit inspections * Design meetings in showroom * Attend industry networking events Required Skills & Qualifications: * 2+ years of sales experience in the events or hospitality * Rental experience is preferred * Personable, outgoing, and possess a passion for the brand * Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and can connect with others * A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic to meet deadlines and goals * Ability to maintain consistent and effective verbal and written communication * Ability to work independently, as well as, be an effective team player * Strong organizational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * High school diploma or equivalent Company Founded in March of 2015, we offer an artful selection of furniture, hand- sourced event decor and tabletop accessories that inspire creativity and elevate what's possible.
