This is a high-energy, fiercely competitive role for someone who lives for the close-- whether it's persuading sellers or sealing the deal with buyers. You'll connect homeowners, investors, and title companies, turning opportunities into wins with grit and charm. What You'll Do * Buyer Relations: Cultivate and expand relationships with real estate investors, agents, and buyers through networking, events, cold outreach, and digital campaigns. * Property Marketing & Showings: Develop and execute marketing strategies, including email and text campaigns, to showcase property investment potential. Conduct property tours to highlight key features. * Deal Negotiation & Closings: Manage negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes. Oversee the closing process to meet all legal and financial requirements. * Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities. Conduct due diligence on properties to provide accurate insights to buyers. * Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the acquisitions team to match buyers with properties. Maintain records of transactions and provide feedback to management on buyer activity and preferences. What You Bring * Must-Haves: 1+ year of sales experience, a passion for phones and relationship-building, and top-notch negotiation skills. * Bonus Points: Real estate sales experience (not required--we'll train!), CRM proficiency, or an active Real Estate License. * The Spark: A resilient, goal-driven attitude, a positive vibe, and a willingness to be coached. You're a self-starter who thrives in a team.
