Venair is a leading engineering and manufacturing company specializing in silicone hoses and flexible silicone components for high-demand sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, fuel cells, and aerospace. We deliver innovative, customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. Due to our continued global expansion, we are seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join our sales branch in the USA in Merrimack, NH. Key Responsibilities: * Make cold calls to generate new business opportunities. * Engage with specified customer segments and territories to drive sales growth. * Identify client needs and recommend suitable products. * Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales. * Open new accounts. Actively pursue new business opportunities in the market. * Plan and execute business trips frequently within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects. * Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. * Prepare sales quotes. * Perform other sales-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: * New Hampshire or Massachusetts residents only. Job 100% on site. * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). * Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, cold calls , generating leads, building relationships, and meeting sales goals. Passion for sales. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Solid problem-solving and organization abilities, analytical skills, curiosity. Commitment. * Valid driver's license.
