Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering positive relationships with prospective tenants. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Assist prospective tenants with inquiries about available properties and leasing terms. * Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential renters. * Manage the leasing process from application through move-in, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. * Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements using property management software such as OneSite. * Collaborate with the facilities management team to address tenant needs and concerns promptly. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Stay informed about local laws, regulations, and Section 8 guidelines related to property leasing. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads and follow up with potential tenants effectively. Experience * Previous experience in property leasing or real estate is preferred but not required. * Strong administrative skills with proficiency in property management software, particularly OneSite or similar systems. * Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in sales or customer relationship management. * Familiarity with facilities management principles is a plus. * Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing property leasing is advantageous. * Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
