As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice on market conditions, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish, alongside your mentor. Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Prepare and present property listings with detailed descriptions and relevant information. * Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property management tasks. * Communicate effectively with clients, other agents, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. * Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all dealings. * Provide administrative support related to real estate transactions including documentation and scheduling.
