Full description of the position
You: You are a natural communicator, who loves engaging with new people. You are self-directed and confident, yet flexible enough to roll with the punches that come with pounding the phones. You're hungry to learn from the executive team and their decades of sales experience, and excited to pave the way for rapid upward movement in your career. We promote up, fast. You love variable comp plans because you know you can exceed your numbers. You will be responsible for driving the top of our sales funnel. We will arm you with the tools you need to be successful; but your success will be completely defined by your effort. At the end of the day this is a numbers game, and you understand that the more people you engage, the more sales we will win. Period. You will be measured, and rewarded, by the number of calls you make and the number of meetings set.
