This is an hourly position with incentive goals paid per unit leased. Duties: - Posting and managing advertisements for rental properties. - Assisting customers with rental property inquiries and providing information about available units - Conducting property tours and showcasing rental properties to potential tenants - Managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Upselling additional services or amenities to customers - Working with prospects and owners to close deals. Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Pay Structure * $16-$18 per hour starting base pay. * 1.5x Overtime Pay * Commission Structure For Monthly Bonuses * Full Benefits (401k, PTO, Health Insurance Reimbursement) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
