As a Retail Account Trainee, you will be an integral part of the retail team, assisting in the management of accounts and learning about the retail business. You will support daily operations, customer relations, and business development efforts. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in account management, sales, and retail operations, offering a solid foundation for a career in retail account management. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing key retail accounts, ensuring product availability, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and improve their overall shopping experience. * Support the retail account team in monitoring sales trends, analyzing customer purchasing behavior, and generating reports to optimize retail performance. * Learn about the company's products and services and provide accurate information to customers and retail teams. * Assist in the development and execution of in-store marketing and promotional campaigns to drive product sales and increase brand awareness. * Work closely with the retail operations team, merchandising, and marketing departments to ensure smooth execution of business goals. * Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of retail account management, sales processes, and customer service techniques. Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). * No prior experience required; however, retail or customer service experience is a plus. * Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic understanding of retail sales and marketing principles. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning. * Personal Attributes: * Eagerness to learn and grow within the retail industry. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Attention to detail and commitment to excellence in customer service.
